Changed Your Mind? No Problem!

Unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or an E-Gift Card, excluding any applicable return shipping fees.

During the return process you will be asked to make some choices:

  • You will be asked for your original order number and the shipping zip code. If you are returning a gift, please click the link that says "received a gift".

  • You will choose if you would like to print a pre-paid return label (a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund). If your order included "Checkout+" or "Pay now to unlock free returns", your return will be free given your in within the 30 day return window.

  • You must have a printer to use the pre-paid label option, as you will be asked to print the label yourself. Pre-paid labels are valid for 30 days from creation.

  • Please note: if you ship on your own we do not have any record of your tracking number and cannot provide email updates for status.

  • You will choose if you would like to be refunded to an Oka-B E-Gift Card or to your original form of payment. Oka-B E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed on our website.

  • If you choose to receive your refund to an Oka-B E-Gift Card, you will receive an email with your E-Gift Card redemption code once your returned item(s) has been received and processed by our warehouse team.

  • If you choose to receive your refund to your original form of payment (less any applicable service fees and original shipping charge), your refund will be issued once your returned item(s) has been received and processed by our warehouse team. Once processed, you will receive an email on the status of your return; please allow 7 - 10 business days after processing for your refund to show on your card.

If your order included "Checkout+" or "Pay now to unlock free returns", your return will be free given your in within the 30 day return window.

During the return process:

  1. Select your return reason
  2. You may be required to upload a photo of the shoes.
  3. You'll then be asked to make a new selection for the product that you want to exchange.
  4. Once your exchange is requested, a shipping label will be generated for you.
  5. Pack your shoes and send them back with the prepaid label.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and take care of the exchange for you.
